By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

We specialise in Latin American food products, including pantry items, frozen goods, and beverages.

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you agree that:

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.
5. Delivery
Local Delivery
We offer delivery to selected areas within Tasmania.

Deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Saturdays

Orders placed before 12:00 pm will be delivered on the same delivery day

Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be delivered on the next available delivery day

Free delivery applies to orders over $80

Orders below this amount may incur a delivery fee of $10.

Pickup in Store
Customers may choose to collect their order from our store.

Customers are asked to include preferred pickup date and time in the order notes (this is not a confirmed time)

A valid phone number or email must be provided

We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm pickup arrangements
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control; however, we will always work with customers to resolve any issues.
7. Returns & Refunds
Consumer Guarantees

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for perishable or frozen goods unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or of unacceptable quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
8. Product Handling
Customers are responsible for:

Proper storage of products after delivery or pickup

Ensuring someone is available to receive the order (for delivery)
We are not responsible for product condition after delivery is completed.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Delays caused by third-party delivery services

Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Events beyond our control
10. Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
