  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for perishable or frozen goods unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or of unacceptable quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
